Introduction:

CDA is a learning and facilitating organization to eradication of hunger & poverty along with theempowerment through Socio-political & Rights based approaches.CDA’s training and education programs are considering the different perspectives of human resource development (HRD) such as Institution building, organizational management, Right Based Education, leadership development, networking&advocacy, Land Rights& Agrarian Reform, Sustainable Agriculture, Good Governance and Human Rights.

Ø To strengthen capacity of village based Peoples Organization (PO) & its coordination tiers. 

Ø To strengthen capacity of staff and beneficiaries.

Ø To increase knowledge, skills, attitude, practice & values.

Ø To facilitate Rights based information of landless peasants and marginal farmers.

Ø To practice rights based responsibilitieswith values and ensure access to land.

Infrastructure & facilities: Infrastructure:

Ø Well equip 2 nos. of training centers. (one is Dinajpur districts & another one is Thakurgaon district, Located in the villages with natural environment)
