Introduction:

CDA is a learning and facilitating organization to eradication of hunger & poverty along with theempowerment through Socio-political & Rights based approaches.CDA’s training and education programs are considering the different perspectives of human resource development (HRD) such as Institution building, organizational management, Right Based Education, leadership development, networking&advocacy, Land Rights& Agrarian Reform, Sustainable Agriculture, Good Governance and Human Rights.

Goal:

  • Developed Human Resources (Innovativeness, Productivity, Skills, Values)

Objectives: 

  • To strengthen capacity of village based Peoples Organization (PO) & its coordination tiers.
  • To strengthen capacity of staff and beneficiaries.
  • To increase knowledge, skills, attitude, practice & values.
  • To facilitate Rights based information of landless peasants and marginal farmers.
  • To practice rights based responsibilitieswith values and ensure access to land.
