NGO “Community Development Association(CDA)
leads the Bangladesh Land Rights Network (BLRN) as
a National Land Coalition supported by International Land Coalition (NLC-ILC)is a Multi-Sectorial platform of Local and National CSOs/ NGOs/ POs/ other
relevant actors is looking for an
impartial, dedicative and competent Country Facilitator who can secretariat & contribute to
improving Policy and Practice in terms of Securing Land Rights, enabling more
inclusive decision-making, influencing other influential actors including
Government, Development Financing Institutions and the Private Sectors, Designing
and Steering an agenda firmly looking catalyzing changes at the local level
through People-Centered Policy Advocacy & Resource Mobilization. Also able
to facilitate, compliance with International benchmarks, accountable and
reportable to the Country Focal person (host Organization on behalf of the
Steering Committee of BLRN (NLC-ILC). A detailed and definitive Job Description
would be provided after joining, the specific tasks for Ensuring Management of the Network/ Platform, Coordination, Communication, and Liaison with Government Departments
based on the facilitation skills at the Local, National, Regional, and

The candidates should fulfill the conditions mentioned below:
A) Qualification, Experience, and Eligibility:
·
Candidate must be qualified with at least a Master's in Social Science, Human Rights & Laws, Political-Economy,
Development Science, International Relations, or any other relevant degrees and disciplines
from any recognized University having at least one 1st Class and the age
is within 40 years.
·
At least 7-10
years of experience in the Field of Development, Human Rights, and People-Centered Advocacy Strategies through NGOs/ CSOs/ INGOs/ POs having skills in writing
Abstract/Concepts/ Research Papers/ Designing Plans & Proposal/ Watch and Monitoring Reports/ Fact Findings and the Meeting
Minutes including periodical narrative reports
with the International Standard English
and Materialization through technological use.

Skilled in Developing Training Curriculum
and lessons plan with a package of instruments, competent to Conduct/ Facilitate Training, seminars,
Workshops, and Meetings in English as well as Bangla. The candidate must
have the ability to speak English fluently, committed to Human Rights, Gender
Sensitive, and Respectful to the Cultural Diversity of different Communities living
in Bangladesh including similar ideas from the Regional/ Global
perspectives.

Knowledge/ Experience/ Expertise in participatory & bottom-up
approaches to capture the manifestation of Land Conflicts countrywide and the
adverse impact on Land Rights or Land Governance issues are to be preferred as a high qualitative capacity of the
candidate.
B) Salary:
·
Consolidated salary package for the position will be around BDT 100,000 (One Lac) including Taxes in each month to be paid through
Bank Account. The appointment will be provided initially for 6 (six) months as probationary with effect from the
date of joining. Upon successful completion, it would be reviewed for further continuation.
C) Conduct:

having the required competencies and who are also non-smoking
& secular in terms of religious
and ethnic beliefs and gentle

Job

The Country
Facilitator will be stationed at Dinajpur & Dhaka upon the monthly Action
& Work Plan for picking up the issues from the realities of the Landless People.
